Our 8 locations across Ottawa-Gatineau have a combined 60,000 square feet of space – which means no matter what your automotive or mechanical issue, you will not be turned away. Our flagship store at 1615 Laperriere boasts a seven acre, video-controlled lot, and a combined total of more than 40 mechanical, auto body, paint, detailing and wash stations! With the most experienced professional technicians in the city working for you, you will be back in the driver’s seat faster than you thought possible. Description The ADAS Calibration Department Coordinator will oversee daily operations of the ADAS calibration team, ensuring efficient workflows, and timely delivery of services. This role requires a strong understanding of ADAS systems, automotive service processes, and team leadership.   Key Responsibilities:  Lead and manage the ADAS calibration team technicians. Invoice services performed to the vehicles. Perform accounts receivable tasks as required.   Plan and coordinate daily production schedules for vehicle calibrations.  order parts and shop supplies as needed. Coordinate the transfer of vehicles between location with company tow truck drivers. Ensure all calibrations meet OEM standards and company quality guidelines.  Work closely with body shop mangers, collision estimators, insurance partners and customers.   Ensure compliance with OEM procedures.    Requirements 2+ years of experience in automotive or ADAS calibration industry, with 1 + years in a supervisory role (asset) Experience in the automotive collision repair industry (preferred)  Ability to learn and understand OEM position statements/ service procedures regarding vehicle ADAS systems  Proven leadership and team management skills.  Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Benefits RRSP Match Program Health and Dental Benefits
