It's a compelling alternative to the BRZ/FRS/GR86 — offering a more charismatic engine, better steering feel, and a far more premium cabin, all while maintaining the same lightweight, rear-wheel-drive ethos. This is hands down one of the most unique BMWs I’ve owned. It’s engaging to drive, lively but composed. The LSD, coilovers, and short shifter create a driving experience that’s rare in modern cars. If I were to keep it, I’d only consider fitting a quicker steering rack for even sharper inputs.
