Then it begins. We will... 1 - Descale: We start by descaling every interior surface of loose debris/carbon. We then begin to remove stuck on grease from all grills and top racks. Once the grills have been properly descaled, we set them aside in a sanitizing decarbonization solution to loosen any remaining build-up. With the grills set aside, we'll repeat the process on all lower flame tamers and drip plates. Once those are set aside, the restoration continues. The inside of the lid gets fully decarbonized, allong with all the walls and ridges around the inside of the firebox. 2 - Declutter: We'll get into the bottom compartment and declutter it of any leaves, nests, twigs, etc. Any tools/utensils in the bottom, or on the shelves will be sanitized and refreshed as a courtesy. 3 - Polish: We'll re-install the grills and bottom plates, finishing them off with a final buff so they are left ShowRoom ready.
