Brand new. Comes fully assembled, with instructions and spare parts including some device mounting screws. I decided to go another way for my gaming devices, so I only assembled it and never used it. My bad decision is your good deal. Fully adjustable. Foot pedal / rudder mount can be moved forward or back and can be tilted to your preference. Side control panel can be used on left or right side, moved forward or back, and height control. Center control panel has height control and can be tilted to your preference. Includes stand, instructions, and all tools / spare parts that came with the original package. Does not include game controllers. Located in NW Calgary in Silver Springs.
