Design, build, and deploy AI-powered features, including agent-based workflows, RAG search, and predictive tools, ensuring they seamlessly auto-deploy across multiple products. Take full ownership of the stack: manage everything from databases to APIs, front-end development, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure. Promote best practices in code quality, testing, and observability while providing mentorship and pairing with team members as necessary. Iterate rapidly: prototype new ideas by Monday, gather user feedback by Friday, and push production-ready features the following week.
