The Tecsys Cloud Services team is looking for a talented cloud application development engineer to support the operations and implementation of our cloud-based infrastructure and managed services in a SaaS environment. The Production Infrastructure & Operations team strives to automate everything, manages our infrastructure as code, and builds our platform using open-source tools and applications. Job Description / Key Responsibilities Build client infrastructure deployment. Design, scale, and implement an automated approach across all stages of the Tecsys platform lifecycle. Build a CI/CD pipeline for our delivery process. Create deployment logic to handle various scenarios and edge cases. Develop automation and testing for all our processes. Work with AWS services with a focus on complex and hybrid architectures. Monitor various systems within Tecsys server infrastructure, ensure stability, and maximize uptime for clients. Drive efficient and scalable architectures for Tecsys server infrastructure. Collaborate with developers to plan and build deployment automation and maintainability for a broader Tecsys network. Provide technical infrastructure and platform support for our SaaS offering. Develop automation for routine system maintenance and monitoring. Proven scripting skills (Ubuntu, grep, shell, bash, etc.). Solid understanding of networking concepts (e.g., firewall, NAT, port, subnet, VPC, VPN, DNS, etc.). Experience designing and managing production Unix container ecosystems (Docker, EKS or AKS, Kubernetes, service discovery, service registry). Proven experience in secure AWS architecture and/or management (e.g., IAM, EC2, VPC, ELB, ALB, Autoscaling, Lambda) using infrastructure-as-code techniques such as CloudFormation and Terraform. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Knowledge and experience with AWS or Azure required (at least one).
