The role enables this individual to work across all areas as a technical lead specialist integrating dynamic fluid creative in industry DSPs and Publishers 1st Party Ad Serving and Data platforms, solving for the most innovative integration scenarios, troubleshooting problems, and building very responsive relations with our clients. Must requirements include a high degree of creativity and innovative mindset with a deep understanding of the Ad Operations development, HTML5 ad development, and the ad serving system API development processes. This individual will need to have advanced skills in coding, troubleshooting, and problem-solving with a high degree of customer support to run clients facing projects with the ResponsiveAds advanced product roadmap. This role will be a constant balancing act between the day-to-day of all of the client interactions of rich-media production, training, troubleshooting, development, and future-thinking of the innovative templates incorporated into the self-serve studio product. He/she must be willing to roll up their sleeves and work with the product, production, and sales teams in a small virtual start-up environment with the developers of the SaaS product and manage clients of ResponsiveAds for the full-service executions. Requirements Must have at least 3 years of experience in technical Ad Operations (Google Ad Manager, DV 360, Data Studio) Must have at least 3 years of software development expertise ( CSS, HTML, JavaScript) Experience in HTML5 ad development. Several years of working on advanced feature-rich consumer and enterprise facing web applications Recognition either through awards or involvement for a minimum of 3 years in highly well-known and/or profitable products. Track record of problem-solving and delivering results. Others Must love challenging innovative software development and solving complex API problems Must have the ability to build connectors to many DSPs for programmatic set-up audience extension on non-O&O sites by layering with 1st party data integration. Project The Woodfibre LNG Project is located approximately 7 km west-southwest of Squamish, British Columbia. It involves the construction and operation of a liquefied natural gas (LNG) export facility on the previous Woodfibre pulp mill site, which would have a storage capacity of 250,000 m3 and would produce approximately 2.1 million tons per year of LNG. Woodfibre Management Ltd. is a privately held Canadian company based in Vancouver and a subsidiary of Pacific Energy Corporation Limited. Position The Enterprise Systems Support is primarily responsible for ensuring that telecom and operation technology (OT) systems delivered through projects meet operational requirements. The position acts as a key liaison between project teams and operations, providing technical support, coordination, and validation throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: The successful applicant will: Support project delivery by ensuring telecom and operational systems (e.g., VoIP, PBX, SCADA, CCTV, access control, intrusion detection) are designed, configured, and implemented to meet day-to-day operational needs Participate in requirement reviews, design validation, and system acceptance activities from an operations perspective Provide technical oversight and support during deployment, testing, and commissioning phases Coordinate with vendors, project managers, and operations teams to ensure smooth transition from project delivery to steady-state operations Identify and report operational gaps or risks in proposed system designs or configurations Support the integration of telecom and OT systems with enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring compatibility and policy compliance Monitor system performance and assist in troubleshooting issues post-implementation Maintain and update documentation including technical specs, configuration records, and operational procedures Assist with system audits, security assessments, and operational readiness reviews Ensure alignment with company IT/OT policies, cybersecurity standards, and operational best practices Requirements Required Experience: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in supporting telecom and OT systems, preferably in industrial, energy, or Oil & Gas environments Strong understanding of operational requirements in a field or plant environment (e.g., system reliability, ease of use, maintainability) Hands-on experience with telecom infrastructure (e.g., VoIP, SIP, PBX, radio, LTE), and operational systems (e.g., SCADA, CCTV, access control, PIDS) Familiarity with network and system integration, and experience coordinating across project and operations teams Good knowledge of IT/OT security standards and protocols Proficient in technical documentation and system lifecycle management Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Industry experience in Oil & Gas, utilities, or critical infrastructure is strongly preferred Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA) are an asset Additional Requirements: Experience working with large multi-disciplinary teams and contractors in a multicultural environment is an asset.
