We both work part from home and in-office, we are looking for a fun, clean and chill young professional around our age to join us. We enjoy good movies, music, conversation and games whether they be card, board, video or sports. Rent is 1050 + utilities per month. Utilities are electricity, internet, cable and phone for the building buzzer. The room can be furnished or not. This room will not accommodate more than one resident. We are in the heart of downtown Kitchener, minutes walking/biking distance away from downtown for food and amenities. Located almost next door to Victoria Park, with easy access to the park, trails, outdoor spaces and all the many downtown events. GRT buses outside the door and LRT going to Waterloo and Fairview Mall 3 blocks away. University and college campuses are easily accessible downtown Kitchener by 5-10 minute walk or in Waterloo by the LRT The apartment has a huge open living space with living/dining room all set up, a newly updated kitchen which includes a dishwasher and a small additional freezer. Large balcony to relax on with a great view of the city. Laundry on site operated by card or app on your phone and a super convenient convenience store located in the building. We have cable and plenty of streaming services to be shared to catch shows, movies and sports. There is an outdoor pool that is open in the summer which is great to enjoy and cool off. There is a gym room. Large shared outdoor greenspace for the building which includes 2 communal BBQs. Bike storage available.
