Looking for a great roommate to share an apartment with. Open to short term stays for students in town for courses. You'll have your own furnished room with queen bed, two night stands, dresser, chest, desk and chair. Plus a big closet. Bedroom has a view of the brook. In addition, you will have shared use of the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, laundry room with washer & dryer, front and back balconies, and everything they contain. For most people, the only thing missing is a coffee maker. I do not choose roommates based on first come, first serve. I'm going to living with you, and want to ensure that we are compatible. We don't need to start wishing the other person tripped going down the stairs. Important things that disqualify people: no pets no smokers no drug use no alcoholic (light drinking from time to time is fine) no one who works from home I would like to split the cost 50/50, which would mean you would pay $850/month, all inclusive. But I am willing to negotiate the price with people based on the quality of our chats and interview. Ultimately, I am looking for a roommate that will give off Joey/Chanler or Joey/Rachel vibes.
