Short Term October - House in Oak Bay. Avail Oct 1 - Nov 3 only

My personal family home is available for rent for the full month of October. A few days in September + November are also possible. The house is a 3 bedroom house, fenced yard. Located off Foul Bay Road, near Royal Jubilee Hospital & Carnarvon Park. If you need somewhere temporary while you are looking for another permanent home, or have family visiting, please contact me. As it is my family home, I will need whoever lives here to be respectful of our personal items (although most we will pack up into 1 room for this rental). We will need the occupants to also water + mow the lawn. There is a washer/dryer, fully furnished kitchen, beds, couches, kitchen table, but there is minimal other furniture as we recently moved in and haven't finished all the renovations we want to do (replacing the carpet flooring + also furnishing the house fully). The price is negotiable for the right fit. We are also willing to exchange painting/some house work for rent. Utilities will be on top of the rent, that includes heat/hot water + internet.
