I need work as a renovation helper

I'm a very hardworking guy, 46 years old, speak fluent english learn very quickly Getting around and on time will never be an issue. My main experience is in a Warehouse or office environment. Currently looking for a entry level construction or renovation helper job. In the past I have done construction , renovation helper work, which involved construction site clean up, sweeping garbage, dumping garbage into bin, removing tiles, etc. I'm willing to learn, I learn very quickly.
