Hand built in Texas USA, a 500 gallon offset smoker sitting on custom made double axle trailer! Attached is a one of a kind hand built to order, direct fire pit. This cooker will get that chicken skin nice and crispy! The trailer has full working light package. Both pits have only been in use since December of this year. She's ready for a committed owner, who's looking to bring their cooking game up to the next level! Also willing to negotiate catering equipment with the smoker. Smoker will also come with hickory and cherry wood that's been seasoned, split and bagged, to get you going for a good amount of cooks!
