Job Overview We’re seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to drive our mission forward. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Conduct thorough security needs assessments and present customized solutions tailored to each client. Demonstrate our state-of-the-art security systems, including audio/video verification, access control, and fire detection. Negotiate and close sales, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. Collaborate with installation and monitoring teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a healthy pipeline of opportunities. Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions as the top choice. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, with a preference for security, technology, or related fields. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building trust and rapport. Technical aptitude to understand and explain our security solution systems to clients. Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (company vehicle provided).
