We’re expanding our team and looking for a dedicated House Cleaner / Supervisor to lead and support our cleaning crews and ensure client satisfaction. Position Overview The House Cleaning Supervisor will oversee daily cleaning operations, ensure quality standards are met, this includes routine and deep cleaning tasks. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with cleaning experience, leadershipskills, and a strong sense of responsibility. Key Responsibilities > Supervise a small team of residential cleaners > Perform hands-on cleaning duties > Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to cleaning standards > Maintain cleaning schedules and ensure jobs are completed on time > Drive to job sites and car pool with team members (paid mileage) > Report supplies usage and request replenishment when necessary > Assist with team coordination during busy periods or staff shortages > Must be able to work efficiently alone or with a team Requirements > Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle and willing to car pool (mileage reimbursed) > Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning (2+ years preferred) > Supervisory or leadership experience an asset > Able to work a consistent 32-hour weekly schedule with the possibility of overtime > Strong communication and customer service skills > Detail-oriented with a passion for cleanliness > Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment What We Offer > Fixed weekly schedule with steady hours > Competitive pay + performance-based bonus starting at $20/hr > Mileage reimbursement for job-related driving > Opportunities for growth within the company > Supportive and respectful work environment Join the Tidying by Ariel team and take pride in making homes sparkle— while leading with excellence.
