This role sits at the intersection of engineering and business, wrangling data, creating dashboards, building systems, and automating workflows that help us move faster and smarter. You’ll be the technical glue between our systems. You will connect Stripe, Segment, Hubspot, Mixpanel, and our internal platforms, and build the tooling that helps our teams scale. Key Responsibilities Data Flow Design Architect ingestion pipelines from sources like Segment, Stripe, HubSpot, and product logs Design and maintain curated models (e.g., Active Users, MRR, PQLs, funnel performance) Ensure data pipelines are reliable, tested, and observable Internal Tooling & Automations Create lightweight UIs or scripts for revenue analytics, customer lifecycle tracking, or reporting automation Implement systems to support tracking, alerting, and self-serve data access Integrate APIs across HubSpot, Stripe, internal systems, and others Data Activation Use tools like Segment Personas to sync enriched data (like PQLs or churn risk) back into Hubspot Automate lead scoring, customer health scoring, and other sales/marketing signals GTM Enablement Partner with stakeholders to build dashboards and weekly performance reports Set up analytics to support campaign tracking, onboarding flows, and A/B experiments Add tracking events to the product to support decision making across GTM teams Requirements 2+ years building data infrastructure at early-stage startups or high-velocity teams. Proficiency in Node.js (Typescript). Solid understanding of event tracking best practices: event schema design, payload validation, instrumentation reviews. Excellent communication: you can write clear event specs, document data models, and lead cross-functional working sessions. Hands-on experience with BigQuery (or similar DW) Proficiency in SQL. Experience with reverse-ETL (Hightouch, Segment). Familiarity with data-quality frameworks and BI & Product Analytics tools (Looker, Metabase, Mixpanel). We are currently seeking a highly motivated Electrical/Substation Engineer to join our engineering team on a full time basis. Responsibilities: Complete and authenticate outdoor substation design packages for ampacity diagram, layouts, plot plans, bus elevations, ground grid, equipment/structure grounding details, control & power cable layouts, control building electrical design, for voltage levels ranging from 25kV to 240kV. Interface with other engineering disciplines to ensure overall design conformance is accomplished. Complete calculations and studies to support the design, including grounding, lightning, lighting, AC/DC Load Studies, station service transformer and battery bank sizing, insulation coordination, and rigid bus study. Complete MV cable ampacity calculations with CYMCAP. Develop equipment and apparatus specifications suitable for project application. Develop and maintain bill of materials for substation outdoor installation. Review engineered outputs to ensure compliance with project defined scopes and client requirements. Provide site construction and commissioning support when needed. Collect, interpret, and organize project engineering and vendor data. Interface with senior personnel to resolve potential technical and project issues. Provide mentoring guidance and direction to junior members of the team. Assist in compiling and maintaining internal engineering standards and work practices. Qualifications: The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institute. Eligible for registration with the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta (APEGA). 6 - 10 years’ experience in electrical substation design.
