TEHORA is currently seeking a Senior Project Control Advisor with strong technical skills, extensive knowledge, and a desire to apply their expertise within a versatile team. The following, without being exhaustive, outlines the services and deliverables the selected candidate will be required to provide. Description of work or deliverables: Ensure the execution of project control activities (scope, schedule, and cost). Collect relevant cost control information. Identify, analyze, and document any changes relative to the baseline commitment (scope, scale, schedule, and cost). Identify and present potentially critical issues. Review and analyze final cost forecasts in relation to project progress, in collaboration with the leads of each work package. Analyze contingency and advise the project manager on its allocation and use. Analyze and process partial and final project commissioning. Collaborate in the breakdown and coding of projects, ensuring accurate transfer of these data into project management systems while considering capitalization criteria. Ensure required data is up to date and entered timely into project management systems. Collaborate in the breakdown and coding of work and procurement bid documents. Verify the coding and cost allocation of each project activity, as well as contract line items for works and supplies, to ensure costs are charged to the correct cost accounts. Identify, analyze, and address project issues and risks impacting costs. Requirements Hold a bachelor's degree (BAC) in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Have a minimum of 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in project management, cost management, or accounting. Have solid knowledge of major project management processes. Have solid knowledge of tools related to the role (Office Suite and SAP accounting system). Knowledge of the Planisware project management system is an asset. Have excellent analytical and synthesis skills. Have strong interpersonal and communication skills at all organizational levels. Be attentive to client needs. Provide advisory services in a collaborative manner. Be able to catalyze team creativity. Demonstrate high agility and responsiveness to meet needs. SALARY The salary will be calculated based on the average hourly rate corresponding to your profile.
