Designed as an AI-powered end-to-end workforce management system, Optimy is leveraging Kognitive Marketing’s existing resources to fund, develop and sell the software. Kognitive Marketing was ranked the 6th fastest growing company in Canada and has a team of over 700 staff working with Canada’s largest brands. While succeeding as a direct sales company for over twelve years, Kognitive Marketing and its thousands of frontline staff experienced an ongoing issue: we could not find a suitable software to help run our business. We decided to take on the exciting task of building one ourselves with the vision of creating the most intuitive and efficiency-focused workforce management system for frontline staff. Are you looking for a workplace that is end-user centric? Are you looking to showcase your ability to be part of a fast-paced start-up development team?
