Brenning Paving & Construction is looking for an experienced and motivated Grade Foreperson to join our team. Applicant must possess the following abilities: • Lead & Supervise a team of labour & equipment to ensure project is completed on time and as per design. • Enforce and promote a strong culture of safety within the grading team, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, regulations, and best practices. • Communicate project expectations to the grading team and ensure that work aligns with project plans and specifications. • Read and understand drawings • Perform grade checks ahead of equipment using a laser to ensure that the work meets the required elevations, levels, slopes, and specifications outlined in project plans. • Adapt to changing site conditions • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide the grading team • Perform manual labour when required • Valid G or G2 Class Drivers License Union membership is required upon joining our team.
