ShareEntry-Level Construction Labourer – Concrete Crew Company: ECS Limited (Edmonton & Alberta) Job Type: Full-time Starting Wage: $22 – $25 per hour + overtime after 8 hrs/day & 44 hrs/week Why Join ECS? What You’ll Do Formwork Basics: oil, set, strip, and clean plywood & panel forms. Site Support: move materials, stage tools, handle vibrators/hoses, keep the work zone tidy. Concrete Placement: assist finishers with screeding, edging, and curing (training provided). Safety First: take part in daily toolbox talks, follow safety procedures, and look out for your crew. Learn & Grow: rotate through tasks so you can discover the trade you enjoy—carpentry, finishing, or equipment ops. You’ll Fit Right In If You… Are reliable, on-time, and ready to work outdoors in all weather. Can lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stay on your feet for a 10-hour shift. Have steel-toe boots, hard hat, (we supply the rest of the PPE). Hold—or can get—CSTS-20 & WHMIS before your first day (we reimburse the course fee). Have a valid Class 5 licence and dependable ride to Edmonton-area sites. Perks & Benefits Bi-weekly pay with direct deposit.
