ShareConstruction Laborer – Concrete Crew Company: ECS Limited (Edmonton & Area) Job Type: Full-time Pay Range: $25 – $29 per hour + OT About the Role Level your construction career with ECS Limited's concrete team. You’ll work alongside skilled concrete laborers and finishers, helping build foundations, pads, and walls for schools, warehouses, and commercial sites across Alberta. Day-to-Day Duties Set, oil, strip, and clean forms; place rebar and ties. Place gravel and tamp Assist in leveling concrete Handle concrete hoses, vibrators, screeds, and trowels. Site cleanup, material staging, and equipment checks. Follow all safety procedures and take part in daily toolbox meetings. Pitch in wherever needed—no two days are quite the same! Requirements 1 year+ experience in concrete construction CSTS-20 & WHMIS (or willing to obtain before start). Steel-toes, hard hat, and dependable transport to various Edmonton sites. Able to lift 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and work in Alberta weather. Positive attitude and punctual—your crew is counting on you. Ability to work out of town when requested.
