Experience: - Duraforms: 1-3 years - Concrete forming: 1-3 years Responsibilities: - Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials such as wood, lightweight steel, and concrete for structural and architectural components. - Establish and dismantle temporary formwork structures with precision and efficiency. - Inspect cribbing setups for stability and compliance with safety standards. - Collaborate with team members to optimize cribbing processes and improve workflow efficiency. - Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. - Document cribbing activities and report any issues or concerns to management promptly.
