I am a certified fitness trainer and nutrition coach. I have over 20 years experience in the fitness industry. I’m certified in both CPR and First Aid. I train in my home in Headingley I’m also willing to train at the Planet Fitness in Unicity if you have a membership there.I train both men and women. Individuals or groups of 2 or 3. I’m passionate about bringing happiness and well-be to all my clients. I’m dedicated to both fitness and nutrition, as you require both to reach your maximum potential.
