Pro Bono Lawyer

Hello, my story is long. I was scammed out of $13,000 + Guy came started my driveway. Took money, and never returned. Dug to close to my home. Had pouring rain for several days, flooded my basement $$$$, Left in financial hardship. I took it upon myself to find this guy (countless days, months and more $$) . But l found him, took him to small claims court. I was awarded my case. Now its up to me to collect. I took first step, and sent him a registered letter. (returned) Now l need some type of help. But finacial l'm drained. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
