We are willing to train the right individual regarding the care and support of Shayne Mills. We are also open to bringing a healthcare support worker or aide into this position. Shayne is a 55 year old man who is paraplegic and requires assistance with meal preparation, showering / hygiene, social engagement etc. The right person will be required to familiarize themselves with electric lifts and medication / health supplement distribution. Shayne sleeps 12 hours per night and does not require night time support. Shayne is able to operate / manage his computer, cell phone, electric wheel chair and the consumption of meals as well as the use of a tooth brush. He is a delightful man who is a pleasure to work with. This position is a 24 hour sleep over position. There is a clean, private bedroom available and the position pays $314.00 / day.
