Online Math Tutor with an MSc in Math

With eight years of experience tutoring high school and university level math, and two years of post-secondary math teaching experience from working as a teaching assistant at the University of Calgary, I help my students reach their academic goals. I have a master’s degree in math and a bachelor’s degree in honours pure math both from the University of Calgary. I tutor Math 9, Math 10C, Math 20-1, Math 20-2, Math 30-1, Math 30-2, Math 31, APP 201, APP 301, MATH 211 (Linear Methods I). I am also happy to work with home-schooled students, who are not following the standard math curriculum. For university math courses other than MATH 211, contact me to see if I can help. I care deeply about the success of each person, who I work with. I have worked with students who have learning difficulties, adult students who are upgrading, students who struggle with math, as well as students learning advanced math curriculums designed to prepare them for local, provincial and national math competitions. My rate is $50/hr if paid by e-transfer ($55/hr by credit card). I offer group tutoring sessions as well — please enquire about my rates for that, if interested.
