About the Role As a Shift Lead, you will oversee day-to-day site operations and a team of Security Officers, ensuring safety protocols are followed and delivering superior customer service. You’ll work closely with NL Health Services management, perform site patrols, respond to emergency codes, and maintain accurate reporting.
