Participate in daily safety briefings and report any hazards or incidents immediately. Ensure personal protective equipment (PPE) is used correctly and consistently. Team Collaboration & Communication Work closely with site supervisors, foremen, engineers, and equipment operators to coordinate tasks and maintain workflow. Communicate effectively to ensure alignment of project goals and timelines. Support other team members as needed to meet project objectives. SKILLS: Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor. Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Strong commitment to safety and quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in construction or manual labour is preferred. Experience working on renewable energy or large-scale infrastructure projects is an asset. WORKING CONDITIONS: This is a field-based position requiring work in varying weather conditions and terrain. Travel to project sites across Canada is required. Extended hours and weekend work may be necessary based on project demands. Potential Living Out Allowance (LOA) allowance or temporary camp available.
