Maintain studio documentation, internal communications, and company handbooks or policies. Own office management, including lease coordination, safety protocols, supplies, and facilities. Develop and manage operating budgets in coordination with Finance and the executive team. Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements. Be a back-up for the studio head in P&L discussions Work with legal counsel to manage contracts, vendor relationships, and compliance requirements. Work with IT and the Tech Director to: Oversee studio infrastructure, including software tools, hardware procurement, and remote work systems. Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and support team productivity. Our Quality Team is currently looking to add a Quality Inspector to our team, based in the Elora and Jarvis, ON area. Reporting functionally to the Quality Manager, Substations, and operationally to the Project Manager, this position is responsible for managing Quality on Valard’s Elora and Hedley Battery Energy Storage Facility Construction sites. This includes inspecting electrical / civil installations, effectively implementing Valard’s Quality Program and Quality Management System, and compiling Progressive Turnover Packages. Please Note: Candidates must reside around Elora or Jarvis, ON (i.e. Guelph / Kitchener / Brantford / Mississauga area), be able to travel regularly to Elora and/or Jarvis and must have a valid driver’s licence.
