What is the role of our Account Managers? The primary role of this position is to acquire NEW commercial customers and drive revenue growth. The sales representative role is home-based, involves some travel, and offers performance-based recognition and rewards. This role involves contacting, prospecting, exploring new leads, and developing existing accounts to achieve revenue and strategic objectives. Key responsibilities and duties Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling Develop territory growth strategies to exceed sales targets Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Rentokil’s programs, protocols, pricing policies, and service offerings Build partnerships and collaborate effectively with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure delivery of exceptional service solutions Requirements Two years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales Experience selling across multiple market segments Experience in the pest control industry is an asset Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field is an advantage Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Self-motivated and able to work independently Excellent organizational and time management skills Valid driver’s license Must pass background check prior to hiring Bilingual (French and English), both written and spoken Benefits Salary range: $50,000 to $60,000 per year, with the following benefits: Sales commissions (10% on each sale and renewal) Vehicle allowance with fuel card Company-provided cell phone and laptop Paid time off: holidays, vacation, and sick leave Excellent benefits: 100% employer-paid medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Employee Assistance Program offering services such as free counseling sessions and other benefits Retirement savings plan with highly competitive employer contributions up to 3.5% Employee discounts Outstanding tuition reimbursement and scholarship programs Please note that artificial intelligence technology may be used to select candidates for interviews.
