Mandate: Reporting to the Manager, Customer Integration, the Client Onboarding Administrator will play a support role in helping with client onboarding tasks and providing basic sales administration support within the Sales department. This junior entry-level role will begin with training alongside the Client Integration team to learn onboarding processes, documentation requirements, and account maintenance. The Administrator will also be responsible for supporting sales operations by managing Salesforce leads, data governance, and reporting, while continuing to provide backup support for client integration when needed. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assist with client onboarding tasks such as documentation verification, information/opportunity validation and client account setup Support sales representatives by updating records, keeping information accurate in Salesforce, and preparing simple reports Maintain and update client files and databases with accuracy Handle basic incoming requests and communications (emails, forms, etc.) and direct them as needed Support sales operations by managing incoming Salesforce leads, performing data mining, updating records, assisting with lead generation activities and lead reporting, ensuring sales data accuracy and governance Provide backup support to the Client Integration team when necessary What You Offer: 1–2 years of administrative experience (entry-level), ideally with exposure to office systems or databases Strong attention to detail, ability to follow step-by-step procedures Strong organizational and multitasking skills Comfortable with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Quick learner, tech-savvy, and able to work with multiple platforms after training Bilingual (English and French) Fluency in English is mandatory as this role deals with Canadian and US employees (80%).
