What Your Day Looks Like: Process requested transfers according to service level agreements Monitor the transfer mailbox and collect incoming mail Initiate new manual or NELTC transfers, including internal transfers Verify the status of initiated wire transfers and follow up as needed Provide operational support for transfers to external institutions File completed transfer documents and shred all printed materials Review transfer-related inquiries and respond appropriately Assist and cover for other team members in the transfer team as required Take ownership of special projects or additional assignments as requested Requirements Your Experience and Skills Post-secondary education and/or equivalent experience Minimum of 1 to 2 years of back-office administration experience in a mutual fund/investment firm Strong attention to detail and accuracy Solid problem-solving skills Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks daily to meet deadlines Team-oriented attitude, both within your own team and across the broader organization Strong desire to become a subject matter expert over time, communicate and understand functions across other teams within the larger operations group, and take proactive steps in this direction Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Knowledge and experience with Dataphile, Fundserv, CDS, and DTCC considered an asset Bilingual proficiency (written and spoken) in English and French is required to communicate effectively with partners, clients, and colleagues across Canada Ability to work during standard Eastern Standard Time business hours Benefits Why Aviso Wealth?
