GHGSat offers greenhouse gas detection, measurement, and monitoring services to industrial and government customers around the world. We use our own satellites and aircraft sensors, combined with third-party data, to help industrial emitters better understand, control, and reduce their emissions. GHGSat’s capability is unique: we provide high-resolution, local measurements of atmospheric methane and carbon dioxide concentration from space.  Intermediate/Senior Embedded Software Developer  GHGSat is looking for an innovative and experienced Embedded Developer. As part of a cross-functional team, you will support and drive the development of new platforms and the improvement of existing ones, with a focus on automation. Our Satellite Payloads and Aircraft Avionics run Linux, capture imagery from IR cameras and are written in C++, Rust and OCaml. Python is used for testing, Yocto and CMake for building the systems. Candidates are expected to work within agile scrum. We offer training to learn new programming languages on the job. What is the opportunity? As the Commercial Manager, you will be leading a Commercial Management team and play a key role in the successful delivery of projects by managing their administrative and commercial activities, client relationships, and optimizing financial performance while ensuring compliance with Entuitive and industry standards and client requirements. Familiarity with the technical aspects, phasing, and Work & Cost Breakdown Structures (WBS & CBS) of transportation infrastructure projects to evaluate associated risks and the requisite needs and impacts of changes to scope, quality, project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), schedule, costs, and profitability. Proven experience in contract negotiation, cost control, variations management, claims management, contract and project risk assessments, and public and private sector procurements. Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial practices, bonding and insurance, cost management, project life-cycle cost analysis and evaluation, Rules of Credit, pain/gain share mechanisms, contract administration, procurement strategies, risk mitigation, and dispute management. MRICS and MCIPS professional certifications would be a plus. Familiarity with cost management tools, accounting systems, and financial software such as Vista Viewpoint ERP, InEight PM System, MS Dynamics, and project management platforms such as Primavera P6, SAP, or Oracle.
