We’re looking for a seasoned Database Engineer to join our Innovation Lab team in building and optimizing a custom web platform that leverages PostgreSQL and SQLite. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability of our data layer, as well as contributing to custom database design and engineering solutions tailored to our unique platform needs. Reporting to the Manager of Information Technology & Business Systems. An integral part of the ALMAG Aluminium Information Technology Department the Sr. Technical BSA will assist with the planning, organizing, and optimizing the overall operation of business systems at ALMAG.  Responsible for technical, operational support and maintenance of critical business systems at ALMAG. Ensure that business systems meet business objectives while maintaining accessible and reliable systems for internal customer use. About the Role: We’re looking for a talented Typescript Developer to help build a 3D asset and environment viewer as part of a custom web platform. You’ll be responsible for developing the front-end interface that allows users to load, view, and interact with 3D models in real-time within the browser.   You’ll work with libraries such as three.js or develop custom rendering logic to meet performance and design needs. A background in game development or animation is a plus, especially if you have experience building interactive or immersive experiences. You’ll be at the forefront of AI / UX platform innovation, creating agents that can assist, automate, and enhance workflows across a range of web applications—from developer tools and dashboards to customer-facing UIs. What You’ll Do Design and implement AI agents powered by LLMs for our web platform, supporting rich interaction patterns, autonomy, and contextual intelligence. Build agentic workflows that can plan, reason, and take actions within the browser or across platform APIs. Work with product and UX teams to define intelligent behaviors and assistive features inside web apps.
