About the role: Job Title: Cook Department: Heat & Eat Kitchen Reports to: Sous Chef Location: Montreal, QC Employment Type: Full-time Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday 8-4 or Sunday to Thursday 8-4 Responsibilities: Set up workstations with necessary ingredients and cooking equipment. Prepare ingredients (wash, chop, peel vegetables, cut meats, measure seasonings). Execute basic cooking techniques (reducing sauces, parboiling food, etc.). Ensure all food is stored properly and maintain an organized, sanitized workspace. Portion and weigh prepped ingredients for ready-to-eat meals.
