POSITION SUMMARY: In this role, you will be responsible for managing external sales customer, customer orders, and quotations within a designated product group. This role works closely with cross-functional departments to support pricing determinations for manufactured parts and to ensure accurate management of customer orders and price lists. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Manage external NFI Group customer sales order processes, ensuring accurate capture and fulfillment of customer requirements. Maintain and update customer profiles, sales orders, and pricing information within the system to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Review all incoming customer purchase orders (POs) to verify correct pricing, cost details, and documentation revision levels. Serve as a liaison between customers and production teams to resolve issues related to capacity constraints, schedule adjustments, and priority changes. Coordinate order requirements across key stakeholders, including customers and internal plants, while actively monitoring and reducing past-due demand. Manage customer forecasting tools by ensuring timely and accurate entry of data to support demand planning and forecasting accuracy. Coordinate customer costing activities within a cross-functional team (Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Engineering) to ensure accurate and timely cost estimates. Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing to gather and validate material cost data when unknown or missing. WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: Education Secondary education required Certificate or Diploma in Supply Chain Management is considered an asset Experience & Knowledge 1–3 years of office and document management experience (required) 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations (preferred) Basic understanding of production planning (preferred) Familiarity with Lean principles, 5S, and ISO standards (preferred) Skills & Abilities Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Proficiency in MS Office and business systems applications Strong communication and problem-solving skills WHY JOIN OUR TEAM: Training Provided – We’ll show you everything you need to know!
