Interpersonal relationship skills and the ability to engage collaborators are essential. Requirements Minimum of ten (10) years of active experience as a business architecture consultant; Completion of at least two (2) major mandates within the past five (5) years involving analysis of business models and processes to propose optimization and transformation scenarios. The business architect must have expertise covering at least the following areas: Knowledge of business architecture frameworks and standards such as Bizbok, BABOK, TOGAF, Zachman, Archimate, BPMN, or other metamodels; Classical, web, and cloud-based IT architectures; Agile/DevOps architecture approaches. The following skills are desirable but not mandatory: Certification from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA): Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP); Strong proficiency in process mapping and optimization, Lean Six Sigma certification; Familiarity with methods and models for operationalizing activities related to the education sector and IT.
