Description of work or deliverables: Develop technological directions supporting information systems to ensure alignment and integration with enterprise architecture; Define and communicate guiding principles for the design, implementation, deployment, and support of infrastructure systems and technologies; Ensure proper evolution of infrastructure systems and technologies by selecting solutions aligned with overall infrastructure guiding principles; Participate in the design and certification of specific technological solutions and architectures, ensuring consistency and integration with technological architecture standards; Write detailed documentation defining technological architecture, technical configurations, and produce requirements for the technology operations sector; Ensure updates to architectural deliverables by producing documents compliant with the selected methodology framework; Review and approve deliverables from implementation and operations teams regarding schedule adherence and content quality; Ensure quality and consistency of technological or application solutions; Define constraints and operational rules for technological infrastructure based on current best practices in the IT field; Participate in the development and updating of technological infrastructure evolution plans; Conduct technology monitoring and manage the impact of introducing new technologies into infrastructures through impact/cost-benefit analyses; Advise and support maintenance and development teams; Transfer architectural expertise to implementation and operations teams. Deliverables • Exploratory studies: Detailed study; Executive summary. • Feasibility studies: Architectural positions and recommendations related to technological solutions; Definition and evaluation of various potential technological and IT solutions; General architectures and directions of the selected solution; Integration of the solution into the overall architecture and its impacts. • Participation in architectural board activities: Presentations tailored to the context of architectural board work. • Strategic advice: Research products and required analyses; Reports or summaries requested by the client; Executive presentations. • Technology monitoring: Research reports produced within strategic initiatives; Minutes from meetings with vendors and specialized analysts (such as Gartner and Forrester); Any other relevant document aimed at supporting the enterprise architecture team's technology monitoring function. In addition to these deliverables, technological architecture work under this project must cover the following deliverables: Summary reports and presentations for senior management and project teams; Planning and follow-up reports of interventions; Knowledge transfer plan; Any other document required for specific interventions; Any other deliverable required within the scope of this project. Requirements 1. Eight (8) years of experience as a technology architect; 2. Five (5) years of experience as a technology architect in an environment using Microsoft technology and operating one of the following operating systems: Microsoft Windows Server (2003, 2008, 2008R2, 2012R2, 2016, 2019, and 2022) as well as VMware vSphere 6.7; 3. Three (3) years of experience as a technology architect in designing and implementing electronic service delivery regarding security, availability, and performance (implementing redundancy concepts for services requiring 24/7 availability); 4. Three (3) years of experience as a technology architect in implementing and operating systems within environments involving multiple technological environments (development, maintenance, acceptance testing, pre-production, production, backup); 5. Three (3) years of experience in developing solutions governed by multiple standards and practices that must be followed, particularly the common interoperability framework; 6. Three (3) years of experience in an environment with multiple telecommunications networks secured by bastion hosts and/or encryption mechanisms.
