Occasionally, he may be required to provide on-site support at customer locations. Main duties and responsibilities: Assemble prototype and qualification parts according to instructions, in compliance with drawings and technical documents; Identify and document assembly issues; Participate in resolving non-conformance reports and identifying root causes; Perform repairs and modifications to products at the factory, following instructions from non-conformance reports; Participate in assembling test setups; Provide technical support in the development or improvement of new and existing products; Carry out validation and qualification testing; Participate in drawing modifications; Occasionally train customer employees. Requirements Skills profile: Hold a college diploma in mechanical or aerospace engineering, or another relevant qualification; Have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position; Be proficient with Catia V5 design software; Be familiar with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.); Be able to read engineering drawings and specifications in English; Be customer-service oriented; Have good priority management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines; Demonstrate a positive attitude, teamwork spirit, positivity, proactivity, and strong communication skills; Be flexible regarding work schedule; Be resourceful and organized.

About the Role: 49 Solutions is seeking a seasoned Technical Specialist to support our federal government client at National Defence (DND). This individual will play a key role in SharePoint Online migrations, cloud modernization, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with deep technical knowledge, federal experience, and a strong understanding of information management and process automation. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support SharePoint Online migration activities, including planning, configuration, and execution Implement and maintain cloud-based solutions in Microsoft 365 and/or Azure environments Develop and deploy RPA workflows using Power Automate, UiPath, or similar tools Collaborate with business and IM teams to improve process efficiency through automation and digital transformation Create and maintain system architecture, documentation, and process maps Ensure solutions align with GC standards for information management and records handling Requirements Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience as a technical consultant or specialist in enterprise/government IT environments Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online migrations and configuration 3+ years working with RPA tools such as Power Automate, UiPath, or Blue Prism Demonstrated experience in cloud environments (Microsoft 365, Azure) Expertise in information architecture, metadata management, and GC digital recordkeeping practices Experience working with or supporting DND is a strong asset Must hold a valid Level II – Secret clearance
