Frontenac Holistic Health Fair 2025

Are you ready to learn all about Healthy Country Living in Frontenac County? We hope you can join us for the third annual Frontenac Holistic Health Fair on Saturday, September 20 2025 at the Storrington Centre at 3910 Battersea Road in South Frontenac. Entry is free with a donation to the South Frontenac Food Bank appreciated, but not mandatory. Our fair offers a variety of activities and interesting workshops from natural health practitioners that live and work in Frontenac County and the surrounding rural area. Come and learn about natural and alternative therapies that can improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being such as Reiki, Holistic Nutrition, Sound Therapy, Forest Therapy, Yoga Nidra, Aromatherapy, Herbology, Massage, Homeopathy, Energy Medicine, Movement, Acupuncture and much more from the experts in your local community. New this year we'll also have a holistic book exchange table! If you have some self-help or holistic health books that you're finished with, feel free to bring them and pick up another to help you with the next step in your path! We welcome everyone who is interested in exploring the world of holistic health and wellness. Whether you're new to holistic health or you've been crunching granola since way back, you'll find something to inspire and empower you at our fair.
