Demonstrated knowledge of autism and child development, and the ability to implement ABA based programs and Intensive Behavioural Interventions. Possess strong group facilitation skills with the ability to assess group dynamics and respond flexibly to various learning styles. Demonstrated ability to set and maintain professional boundaries and engage in effective self-care. Proficiency in the use of computer applications, such as word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, reporting, scheduling and relational database (knowledge of MS Office 360 preferred).
