Im Catherine... almost Every morning i go here and do some excersises. Would you like to join me ? I can teach some things to you . We could learn new things together as well. I try to do everything with zero equipment I have learned some things from many physio therapist ( different ouches over the years ) I also have learned from watching my mom do some yoga stuff over the years , ive watched so many videos on you tube.. I think of my style of excersises like HIIT/ physio / stretches / yoga / build muscles for healthy and healing and prevention of pain and injury. And also i incorporate isometrics and calisthenics... Lots of fancy words to describe my weird style . As this is self help . Would love to hear ( and see ) your specific things that you do !!
