Main Responsibilities Ensure appropriate planning of projects according to certified methods in proactive and structured management. Effectively manage the implementation schedule to obtain results that will be in compliance with quality standards, time frames, and established budgets. Develop and update the various implementation schedules for each construction project. Prepare budget forecasts for each construction project. Prepare and issue purchase orders to suppliers. Follow-up on construction progress with contractors and suppliers, including construction deficiencies. Requirements Qualifications DEC in architecture or interior design is considered an asset. Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management. Ability to read and understand architectural, mechanical, electrical, and other plans. Ability to effectively assess and monitor construction budgets. Possess strong organizational skills including time management, work planning, and coordinating. Possess excellent communication skills. Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MS Project. Available to travel across Canada and the USA. Experience in the construction of photography studios, art galleries, creative workspaces, or similar commercial spaces is a significant asset. Commissioning Manager
Project The Woodfibre LNG Project is located approximately 7 km west-southwest of Squamish, British Columbia. It involves the construction and operation of a liquefied natural gas (LNG) export facility on the previous Woodfibre pulp mill site, which will have a storage capacity of 250,000 m3 and will produce approximately 2.1 million tons per year of LNG. Woodfibre Management Ltd. is a privately held Canadian company based in Vancouver and a subsidiary of Pacific Energy Corporation Limited. Position The Commissioning Manager is an integral part of Woodfibre LNG’s dynamic team. The Commissioning Manager will lead the management of all project commissioning activities in accordance with the overall Project critical path schedule and within the established commissioning and startup budget. Has the responsibility to allocate resources to ensure successful completion, commissioning, and testing activities to enable a safe, successful and on time start-up of the Woodfibre LNG Plant.   Key Responsibilities: The successful applicant will: Manage the process of construction completion turnover to startup and startup turnover to Company Operations. Manages priorities and activities of commissioning staff. Senior Agile Coach
Expected contract duration of 3 to 5 years. Hybrid role. Travel to Levis 5-10% of the time. Work hours require availability between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday. The senior agile coach supports all departments and vice-presidencies in the integration of agile practices. To this end, they develop contextualized agile tools and methods, design and implement deployment strategies, train, motivate, and guide leaders and teams toward strategic agile operations. Their work improves collaboration, responsiveness, velocity, and the quality of deliverables. Have served as a senior agile coach in one or more mandates totaling at least 600 person-days within the past five (5) years. The submitted mandates must each be a minimum of 200 person-days. 3. Demonstrate three (3) experiences of over 20 person-days each in developing and delivering training as a Scrum Master or agile coach within the past five (5) years. These experiences may have occurred within the same mandate, and these mandates may be those presented in point 2. 4. Demonstrate three (3) experiences where the resource acted as an agile coach for managers within the past five (5) years.
