The Opportunity Nuovo Artistic Photography is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with a strong focus on operations, IT, and quality control. This pivotal role is essential for driving efficiency, innovation, and excellence across all our North American studios. You will lead various projects integrating our operational workflows, technological advancements, and high-quality standards, ensuring smooth execution and continuous improvement. What You Will Do As a Project Manager focused on operations, IT, and quality control, your primary responsibilities will include: 1. Strategic Leadership and Project Execution Lead the full project lifecycle management for initiatives covering operational improvements, IT system implementations, and quality control enhancements across all studios. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Nuovo’s strategic goals. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management strategies, and communication frameworks. Monitor project progress against established milestones, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks or obstacles to ensure successful outcomes. 2. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Optimization Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between operations, IT, quality control, and other departments to ensure integrated project solutions. Analyze current operational workflows and IT systems to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization and automation. Implement quality control process best practices, ensuring consistency and adherence to Nuovo’s brand standards and customer experience expectations. Drive adoption of new technologies and operational methodologies to improve productivity, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance. 3. Reporting, Analysis, and Continuous Improvement Prepare comprehensive project reports and presentations for executive and operational stakeholders, detailing project status, outcomes, and key performance indicators. Conduct post-project evaluations to assess effectiveness, identify lessons learned, and inform future strategic planning. Promote a culture of continuous improvement by actively seeking and proposing innovative solutions to recurring operational, IT, and quality control challenges. Requirements Who You Are You are an experienced, highly organized, and results-driven Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects. You possess sharp analytical thinking and the ability to navigate technical and operational challenges with a strategic mindset. Required Skills and Qualifications: 3 to 5 years of progressive project management experience, with a demonstrable focus on operational, IT, and/or quality control initiatives. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in business administration, project management, information technology, operations management, or a related field, OR equivalent practical experience. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from conception to completion, on time and within established budgets. Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and guide cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen sense of process optimization and efficiency gains. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex project details to diverse audiences. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Microsoft Project), Google Workspace (especially Sheets, Docs, Slides), and a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems. Strong organizational and planning skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Fully bilingual in English. Fluency in French and/or Spanish is considered a significant asset. Desired Skills and Qualifications: PMP, CAPM, Agile, or other relevant project management certifications. Experience in a multi-site retail or service company. Familiarity with business process mapping and reengineering. Experience with CRM and ERP system implementations or integrations. A proven history of delivering significant operational efficiency gains or IT system improvements.
