Inspecting, diagnosing, maintaining and repairing all injection and compression molds Competently and safely use all tools and assemble and disassemble molds and operate all machine tools in a safe manner. Conduct preventative maintenance on all compression and injection molds up to and including stripping down, cleaning, replacing date plugs, and storing all injection/compression molds and cold runners. Work with other classifications of employees in various activities such as, plant shut down periods, and in times when machinery is not operating to perform all vital activities to get equipment and machinery back into operation in minimum time. Responsible for ensuring at all times, that the employee will maintain as a result of their own work, good housekeeping as per the standard and for ensuring that they conduct themselves in a safe and orderly way as per the company polices and safe work practices.
