Schedule: Full time, 30.00 hours/week Salary: $37.00/hr Start date: As soon as possible Minimum education: Vocational training Work experience: Minimum of 3 years in the field of massage therapy/therapeutic massage Language skills: French or English Requirements: - Diploma in massage therapy or related diploma with additional training in massage. - Practical experience is required. - Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism. - Recognized certification and accreditation are assets. Responsibilities: - Welcome clients kindly and communicate with them to fully understand their needs. - Provide tailored massages using various techniques to relieve tension, improve circulation, and promote relaxation. - Offer simple advice clients can apply at home to prolong the benefits of treatment (such as stretches or good posture). - Perform therapeutic foot massages. - Use natural healing methods such as acupuncture and acupressure, spinal manipulation, reflexology, and hydrotherapy. - Provide relaxation massages. - Record important information after each session and respect confidentiality of records. - Maintain a clean, quiet, and welcoming treatment space, following the spa's quality standards. - Ensure each client experiences a relaxing and personalized journey from start to finish.
