Your primary responsibilities will include: Proactive Content Develop proactive content on topics of interest to private equity clients in your coverage area  Lead exploratory sessions to discuss proactive content with clients and generate  client opportunities  Scoping & Technical Sales Scope client needs and generate client opportunities / project mandates across the full suite of Dialectica’s offering for Private Equity (Expert Calls, Voice of Customer, M&A Mapping, Deal Advisors, Origin etc). Product Delivery & Relationship Management Manage Insights product team delivery and quality assurance directly (e.g. Voice of Customer Insights, M&A Mapping etc).   Work with other product groups to ensure quality assurance and excellence in delivery across the full suite of Dialectica’s offering Play the lead role in developing client user penetration through project relationships and leverage opportunities to expand the user base through referrals and relationship building. Financial Analyst, Infrastructure Funds

Fengate is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Infrastructure Funds team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Finance, Infrastructure Funds, the Financial Analyst will support fund operations, investor and internal reporting, financial analysis, tax, treasury and liquidity management, and compliance and of Fengate’s Infrastructure Funds. This role will interact closely with the asset management team, investment team, the fund administrator, investor relations team, tax team and external investors. The role offers the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of infrastructure private equity funds with focus on Fengate’s closed ended infrastructure funds.   The successful candidate will be a self-starter that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has the ability to stay organized and efficiently prioritize and work under tight timelines. The individual is process-oriented with a high sense of ownership in their work, and eager to delve into a career in infrastructure. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support the review of the fund’s external administrator to ensure completeness and accuracy of accounting records and financial reporting Maintain fund models to forecast fund performance and manage liquidity needs, including coordinating across the broader infrastructure team for key inputs Prepare quarterly investor and management reports and presentations Assist with capital activity processes (e.g., capital calls and distributions) and treasury operations, including reviewing notices and investor communications prepared by the fund administrator. Support the management of the fund’s day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with governing fund documents and credit facilities Collaborate with the investor relations team to respond to investor requests and assist with fundraising initiatives Liaise with tax team and advisors to oversee tax filings and compliance with tax authorities in the U.S. and Canada Other ad-hoc financial analysis to support the infrastructure business unit and the broader Fengate team (i.e., asset management, legal, investments, etc.) Contribute new ideas to develop best in class processes and procedures Requirements KEY QUALIFICATIONS Undergraduate degree completed in business, accounting or finance is required. Further education and/or working towards accreditations, enrollment in CPA program is an asset. Strong knowledge of Microsoft products, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
