Requirements KEY QUALIFICATIONS Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. Basic knowledge of accounting systems, budgets, and internal controls. Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. Experience with Yardi, or more generally the real estate and/or property management space is an asset. Strong customer focus with excellent relationship building and a collaborative working style. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
