We’re currently looking for a motivated and experienced Shinglers and Labourers to join our growing team. Position Overview: We’re looking for skilled and reliable Shinglers and Labourers who have hands-on experience in roofing and construction. In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing and repairing shingle roofs, always ensuring high-quality workmanship and strict adherence to safety standards—rain or shine. Key Responsibilities: Install products in compliance with building codes and job specifications Repair existing roofs by replacing damaged shingles and sealing leaks Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively Lift and transport materials, including climbing ladders and scaffolding Apply caulking to seal seams, joints, and edges Collaborate with crew members to complete projects on time Keep the job site clean and organized throughout the project What We're Looking For: Prior experience in roofing, siding, aluminum or general construction (preferred) Ability to follow detailed instructions Positive Attitude Strong physical stamina and comfort working at heights Skilled in using common roofing tools Background in carpentry or maintenance is an asset Own vehicle and license is an asset Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving skills Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions Commitment to safety on every job Why Work With Us?
