Partner with senior leadership to align human capital strategies with organizational goals. Plan human resources requirements in conjunction with other departmental managers. Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs. Regularly assess market trends to ensure compensation structures remain competitive. Work with the health and safety team to lead health and safety initiatives across the group of companies. Develop performance goals, metrics, and targets that are consistent with annual Business Plans. Manage the business planning process for the group of companies. Ensure Managers are on-track to achieving their goals and objectives in alignment with the business plan. Develop and execute HR strategies to support business objectives and growth. Steward the Performance Management Process Lead and enhance learning and development initiatives to foster continuous growth and skill development across all levels of the organization. Develop and deploy training sessions that are based on regulatory requirements and best practices. Ensure that all employees comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Has experience processing new-hire paperwork across North America. Maintains location-specific reference manuals, standards, policies, procedures, and work instructions under the scope of Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. Supports the entry of new hire data into Workday. Helps organize and manage the internal company HR intranet (SharePoint). Updates internal databases (e.g., Active Directory, SharePoint, Workday, etc.). Coordinates cross-border visa processes (preparing letters, coordinating between law firms and employees to fulfill requirements, etc.). Assists with the development, tracking, enforcement, and revision of HR policies and procedures within the Employee Handbook.
