TEHORA is currently seeking an intermediate business architecture advisor with strong technical skills, extensive knowledge, and a desire to apply their expertise within a versatile team. The following list, while not exhaustive, outlines the services and deliverables the selected candidate will be expected to provide. Description of work or deliverables: - Write, adjust, or update business architecture documents such as mandate statements and opportunity studies, leading to opportunity files and business cases; - Provide expert advisory services in business architecture; - Supervise, support, and ensure the quality of work and deliverables; - Participate in the assessment of various requests related to mandates or projects; - Conduct quality assurance reviews of business analysts' deliverables or other business architecture documents when requested; - Submit requests for validation and approval of deliverables under their responsibility, and ensure follow-up and updates based on feedback received; - Analyze and document business needs and business models; - Model current and target business processes and identify process optimization opportunities; - Contribute to the design and description of the organizational model (e.g., business processes, roles and responsibilities, etc.); - Participate in the development of functional, information, technology, and security diagrams; - Establish and maintain communication among the various stakeholders in business architecture; - Prepare and facilitate specific workshops related to intervention requests; - Prepare and deliver summary presentations for management bodies; - Draft any additional documentation necessary to ensure project work cohesion. Requirements: - Hold a recognized undergraduate university degree (Bachelor's) in information technology management, computer science, or another relevant field, as accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education. Government-recognized equivalency is accepted; - Have a minimum of six (6) years of experience as a business architecture advisor; - Clearly and explicitly demonstrate experience in completing (analyzing and writing) at least three (3) business cases or preliminary analyses of IT application solutions, including one (1) for large-scale projects of at least 700 person-days; - Clearly and explicitly demonstrate experience in completing (analyzing and writing) at least two (2) opportunity files or business feasibility studies for IT application solutions.
